Today, we’re launching Master AI — and no, we didn’t start as “AI founders”.
We started as two brothers. Hasan built large media organisations and studios and fixed problems in broadcast and media, ensuring picture, sound, and story made it to air. I began on the content side, then moved into building tools and technologies across media, VR, AR, and beyond. From Beirut to the Gulf to Silicon Valley, we helped launch channels, design media cities, modernize newsrooms, and ship products and technologies worldwide.
That journey left us with two instincts: deep respect for craft and reliability — zero patience for beautiful decks that never ship.

When the AI wave hit in 2023–2024, we didn’t rebrand as “AI consultants”. We started with minor, stubborn problems: an enterprise drowning in PDFs and unstructured content; a media company with an archive they couldn’t search or monetize; an AI chatbot that answered only 20% of queries — half of them wrong.
No manifesto. No PR. “This is broken — can AI make it better?”
We built internal agents, crawlers, copilots, and governance layers. We broke things, rebuilt them, and learned where AI is powerful and where it lies. Those “small” use cases proved two things: AI only works when it’s tied to process and governance — not magic prompts; and MEA organizations are underserved: flooded with theory and vendor pitches, light on people who design, implement, and own outcomes.
The questions evolved from “can you help us try AI?” to “can you design the architecture, pilot the workflows, bring the right models, and stay until this actually works?” That gap is what Master AI is built to fill.
Master AI is a MEA-based AI strategy and build studio for governments, enterprises, and media leaders who want execution, not theatre.
We are AI-native and semantic: we don’t bolt AI onto old processes; we rethink how information flows, how systems talk, and how meaning is extracted and governed — entities, relationships, context, not just “chatbots”.
We are full-stack: boardroom brief and operating model down to schemas, prompts, pipelines — architecture, legal, and GPU costs in the same conversation.
We are governance-first: data residency, rights, policy packs, audit trails, human checkpoints from day one; if we can’t defend it to a regulator or a CEO, we don’t build it.
We are execution-obsessed: work ends in deployed systems and measurable outcomes — not PDFs that die in email.
Three Beliefs
AI needs a brain, not tricks.
We design a semantic “brain” that understands your entities, policies, content, and workflows, with specialized agents around it — not a zoo of disconnected pilots.
Context is the new infrastructure.
MEA demands language-, regulation-, and culture-aware systems — not clones of a US playbook.
Governance is never the last slide.
Rights, provenance, bias, safety, compliance — engineered in from the start.
Who This Is For
Master AI is for leaders feeling pressure to “do something with AI” but unwilling to burn their brand on rushed experiments; tired of vendor pitches and looking for a partner who will sit with their teams, look at real systems, and co-design something that ships.
- Government: CIO / CTO / Digital or Data Office
- Enterprise: Transformation, Operations, Architecture leads
- Media / Archive: leaders with unrealized semantic value
- Boards & CEOs: requiring an honest, defendable AI roadmap
Opening Paths
With today’s launch we open three paths: focused discovery programs mapping opportunities, risks, architecture options; AI-native design & build of systems (semantic governors, media clouds, critical copilots); and long-term partnership for institutions taking AI transformation seriously — staying close as models, tools, and regulation evolve.
Origin Thread
From analog tape, SD signals, and long nights keeping channels on air; through global product roles in audio and AR/VR; back to the region with a simple focus:
Help MEA leaders build real, governed, AI-native systems.
