Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Master Media FZ-LLC (trading as “Master AI”) (“Master AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and services. We are committed to data minimization and transparent processing. This policy covers data collected via our website, chat interfaces (including MASA), and direct engagements.
What We Collect
- Contact inquiries: Name, email, company name (voluntary).
- Chat logs: Messages sent to MASA or our chatbot for improving responses and model performance.
- Analytics: Anonymized page views, clicks, and session data via PostHog and Google Analytics.
- Client data: Governed by separate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for each engagement.
How We Use Data
- Website data: To respond to inquiries, improve user experience, and analyze site performance.
- Chat logs: To fine-tune MASA, evaluate response quality, and surface common questions. We do not sell or share chat data with third parties for marketing.
- Client engagements: All client data processing follows DPA terms, with data residency options in the UAE.
PDPL & GDPR Compliance
We process personal data in line with UAE PDPL and EU GDPR principles:
- Lawful basis: Consent (website forms), legitimate interest (analytics), or contract (client work).
- Data minimization: We collect only what’s needed to deliver services or respond to inquiries.
- Your rights: Access, correction, deletion, and portability. Email privacy@masterconsult.ai to exercise rights.
- Retention: Contact data held for 2 years unless deleted upon request. Chat logs anonymized after 1 year.
Third-Party Services
We use the following service providers:
- PostHog / Google Analytics: Anonymized analytics (cookie-based, no PII).
- OpenAI API: Chat messages sent to MASA are processed by OpenAI’s API to generate AI responses. Important: OpenAI has a zero data retention policy for API customers - they do not store or use API data for model training (as of March 2023). Your conversations are not used to improve OpenAI’s models. See OpenAI’s API data usage policy and privacy policy.
- Zoom: Meeting scheduling; subject to Zoom’s privacy notice.

Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. Client data is stored in SOC 2–compliant environments (AWS, Azure) with optional UAE data residency.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are designed for business users and are not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@masterconsult.ai and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date.
