Master AI was born from two parallel careers that kept crashing into the same frustration. Hasan spent decades designing and running large-scale media operations. Tarif led product and platform businesses at global tech companies. Everywhere, the pattern repeated: endless slides about “AI” and “digital transformation”, very few working systems, and teams left to figure it out alone.
We started Master AI to fix that gap. An MEA-native, operator-led firm that combines strategy, product, and engineering in one pod — and doesn’t leave until the thing is live, measured, and owned by the client team.
We focus on MEA first, but we build with a global bar: AI systems, tools, and products that can sit comfortably in any boardroom, any marketplace, anywhere.
