Client Engagements
Professional services are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs). Terms on this website do not constitute a binding contract for consulting or delivery work.
Data processing for client projects is covered by standalone Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that comply with UAE PDPL, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Master Media FZ-LLC (trading as Master AI) provides this website and MASA “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Inaccuracies or omissions in website content or MASA responses
- Decisions made based on general information provided via chat or website
- Downtime, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding $100 USD for any claim arising from website use.
